The 7th Science-Policy Forum for Biodiversity (SPFB) will take place on 24 & 25 October 2026 in Yerevan, Armenia, in the context of CBD COP-17.
Established in 2006, the SPFB has provided a platform for dialogue and collaboration between science, policy and society. IUBS has organized all seven editions of the Forum, contributing to its continuity and development over the past 20 years.
The 2026 edition will focus on turning knowledge into action, with discussions on biodiversity implementation, science–policy interaction and transformative approaches across biodiversity, climate, land, food, water and health.
