Led by the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP), International Science Council (ISC), and the Standing Committee for Gender Equality in Science (SCGES), the IAP-ISC-SCGES project has launched a global qualitative survey to understand how scientists experience participation in scientific organizations. The survey explores access, roles, and leadership pathways; perceived benefits and barriers; organizational culture and inclusion; as well as policies, recognition, and experiences of discrimination. Your insights will help shape recommendations to foster more equitable and inclusive participation. Men and women scientists active in academies, unions, societies, and young academies are invited to take part.
