COP15: 5th Science Policy Forum for Biodiversity and 8th ICSS

In December 2022, IUBS and its partners convened The Fifth Science Policy Forum for Biodiversity alongside The Eighth International Conference on Sustainability Science. Held in Montreal during the COP15, this event served as a pivotal moment in advancing global sustainability efforts. Building upon a preceding online event in April, this gathering brought together a diverse array of scientists, policymakers, stakeholders, and experts to deliberate on pressing issues facing biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.

The event, spanning two days, provided a comprehensive platform for robust discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative endeavors.
