Andres Barbosa organized a workshop between IUBS and Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) during the Polar 2018, SCAR & IASC (International Arctic Science Committee) Conference, in Davos Switzerland, 15 – 18 June 2018. The aim was to discuss the interaction between IUBS programmes such as BCGC and iCCB with SCAR and how IUBS could participate in the new programmes implemented by SCAR.
